Players must preregister all PRO Point requests and XP expenditures by the event pre-registration deadline.

You will not be able to spend XP or Pro Points on-site unless you are a new player.

Directions

Adult Players must fill out a Medical/Legal Release Form in order to participate. Minor participants under the age of 18 must have a Minor Medical/Legal Release Form completed by a parent or legal guardian. 

Players new to PRO receive their event cost for free.

​PRO reserves the right to refuse service to anyone. All Participants at PRO sponsored events must be 14 years of age or older.

You must register online before the registration deadline to attend events. You will receive 1 extra xp for registering online.

***COVID-19 RESTRICTIONS TO APPLY TO ALL 2024 EVENTS****

- All players must NOT attend if they are not feeling well for any reason.
- In accordance with PA guideline masks are not currently required for gatherings. Masks can still be worn at your comfort level.

New Refund Policy:

​​Refund Policy - If a player cannot attend an event for any reason, they must give 24 hours notice prior to the start of the event. This will grant the player a full refund for the cost of the event. If the player does not give such notice, then they will be not be granted a refund, but will still gain the xp for the character with which they registered.
